Do you rent apartments or rooms?
No, we only offer exclusive villas and boutique holiday houses across Croatia. Each property is handpicked, visited, and tested by us.
Where in Croatia are your villas located?
Everywhere. From Istria to Dubrovnik, from famous islands like Hvar and Brač to hidden inland gems. We personally explore the country year-round to curate the finest experiences and locations.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
Our villas are rented as a whole unit, not per person. However, for larger groups, we can suggest neighboring villas or multi-property packages that work perfectly together.
Can I rent a villa in the off-season?
Absolutely. Many of our villas are available year-round. Off-season is a wonderful time to discover Croatia in peace, and we also arrange long-term stays outside peak season.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, many of our villas are pet friendly. Please let us know about your four-legged companion before booking so we can match you with the right property.
Can I host a party, wedding, or event?
Some villas allow it — especially outside peak summer months. Please write to us with your plans, and we’ll recommend villas where events are possible.

Who can help me choose the right villa?
We can. Since 2019, we’ve been traveling Croatia, staying in every property we list. You’ll always get first-hand advice from people who know the villas, the owners and destinations personally.
What is the maximum occupancy of villas?
Each villa has a defined capacity (adults and children), listed clearly on the villa page. If you’re unsure, just ask us and we’ll clarify.
Where can I check prices and availability?
Prices and availability are listed on each villa’s page. Because we only offer direct booking, you’ll always receive the best price with no hidden fees.
What’s included in the price?
Most villas include electricity, water, WiFi, linen, towels, and final cleaning. Some offer daily housekeeping or additional services. The details vary by villa and are always listed in the “What’s Included” section.
Do you require a damage deposit?
Sometimes, depending on the property. If required, it will be clearly stated before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable but can be reused anytime within 3 years at the same property. If your plans change, we’ll do our best to reschedule your stay. Prices may vary depending on the new dates.
Arrival & Stay
When can I check in and check out?
Most villas offer flexible check-in and check-out, though a minimum stay may apply in peak season. The exact times are listed on each villa page. If you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know and we’ll try to arrange it.
Do I need a car?
We recommend it for most locations, as it gives you the freedom to explore Croatia at your own pace. If you prefer, we can arrange transfers, private drivers, or car rentals for you.
How do I get to my villa?
Before your stay, you’ll receive a detailed villa guidebook with directions. On arrival, either the property manager or a host will welcome you at the villa, show you around, and hand over the keys.
Are the villas suitable for children and families?
Yes. Most villas are family-friendly, and we’ll gladly recommend the ones best suited to your needs.
Do you have villas suitable for guests with limited mobility?
Yes, some of our villas are more accessible than others. Please let us know your requirements, and we’ll guide you to the right property.
During Your Stay
Will the villa look like the photos?
Yes. We personally visit and photograph every property to ensure that what you see is what you get — no surprises, no stock images.
What if something doesn’t work during my stay?
Simply contact us or the property manager, and assistance will be arranged immediately.
Can you arrange extra services?
Yes. From private chefs and grocery stocking to boat tours, transfers, and guided excursions — just let us know when booking, and we’ll take care of everything.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything is not as expected, please let us know right away. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
